Abraham Boba is the pseudonym that David Cobas (Vigo, 1975) has been using for more than one year to sign all his music-related works. After the first stage self-educated in which he passes through different cities and musical projects (from rock to experimental bands like the duo Belmonde) decides to move to Barcelona where he studies piano, composition and arrangements in the Taller of Músics. It is there where he publishes his first solo album under the name and title of Abraham Boba (2007).
In 2008 he moved to Madrid, year when he joins Nacho Vegas´ band, with which he records four albums and performs an extensive tour around Spain and Latin America. In 2009 he released his second album “La educación”, which will be followed by “Los días desiertos” (2011). In 2013, he formed León Benavente band, with which he publishes two albums: “León Benavente” (Ojo Crítico Award 2014) and “2” (Best Album for El Pais and ABC 2016) and makes an almost uninterrupted tour that reaches to the present day.
